All our courses are online. You can open every lesson on a computer, tablet or phone. You need a stable internet connection, and we recommend a speed of at least 1 Mbps.
You get a payment receipt right after you buy. You also get an email with your login details, which include the login address, your login email and a link to set your password. If either email has not arrived within 15 minutes, please write to admin@topikguide.com.
14-day money-back guarantee. If a course or package is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Email admin@topikguide.com from the address you used to buy. We process refunds within 3 working days of your request.
Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the refund in your account. If you have not received it within 10 days of your request, please email us again.
