Course Delivery & Refund Policy
Our courses are completely online in nature and all the course content can be accessed using a computer, tablet or phone. You need a have an internet connection with decent speed (minimum 1Mbps recommended) to access the lessons on our course portal.
Students will get a payment receipt from our payment gateway immediately after purchase. They will also receive an email with all the course access details including login URL, login ID, a temporary password and a link to reset password. If you don't receive payment receipt or course access email within 15 minutes of payment, please contact us by writing an email to support@topikguide.com.
Students can request for cancellation or refund within 30 days from the purchase if they don't like the course for any reason. A refund will be processed within 72 hours from the time of request (excluding holidays and weekends).
Please note that the payment gateway and bank may take a few days to process the refund and show the amount in your bank account. Please contact us by email or contact us page if you don't receive your refund within 10 days from the time of refund request.
